Turn a mold into a finished part right on your workbench. This 9x12" heated vacuum former has a 1500W heater and an 8" draw depth, so it handles everything from flat details to deep objects. It's built in the USA from laser-cut and CNC-milled aluminum and steel, and it runs on a standard 120VAC outlet.

Vacuum forming is one of the fastest ways to make lightweight, repeatable plastic parts. Heat a sheet of plastic, pull it over your mold, and get a crisp, detailed part in minutes. Make one prop or a run of a hundred.

The 1500W heater brings standard 9x12" sheets up to forming temperature quickly, and the 8" draw depth gives you room for tall molds like helmets, armor pieces, and creature parts that shallower machines can't handle.

Great for:

Props and set pieces
Cosplay costumes and armor, masks, and helmets
Molds and casting patterns
Packaging prototypes and display trays
Classroom, makerspace, and small-business projects

Why you'll like it

Standard 9x12" forming area. Works with common 9x12" plastic sheets.
1500W heater. Fast, even heating on a regular household circuit.
8" draw depth. Deep enough for full helmets and dimensional props.
Built to last. Laser-cut and CNC-milled aluminum and steel construction, not stamped sheet metal or flimsy hardware.
Runs on 120VAC. Plug it into a standard wall outlet, with no special wiring or 240V circuit required.
Flexible vacuum options. Use the shop vac port for a low-cost setup, or the quick-connect fittings to run a vacuum pump for stronger pulls and finer detail.
Tested before it ships. Every unit is function-tested.
Made in the USA. Designed, fabricated, and assembled here, with real support behind it.
Power requirements

The 1500W heater draws about 12.5A at 120VAC. For best results, run the machine on its own dedicated circuit, not shared with a shop vac or other heavy tools. Plugging both into the same circuit can trip the breaker.
