Beam Mold

The beam mold is used with an extruder to generate plastic beams with controlled thicknesses and widths using recycled plastic shreds as the input material.

We offer four sizes of 48″-long beam molds: 1″ x 1″, 1″ x 2″, 2″ x 2″, and 2″ x 4″. The molds are laser cut, coated with high-temperature paint, and have a standardized gate.
