Sheetpress XL Cell

The Sheetpress XL Cell press system is a large format press system capable of utilizing various methods to create larged plastic composite sheets with a 4 ft x 8 ft  maximum dimension. The heated bed and independently heated top. The unit includes a matrix of independently heated zones for efficient and precise control of heat application across the entire span of the plates. The result is an efficient system that heats up quickly, yet gives you spatial control over the individual heating elements.

 The standard Sheetpress XL Cell operates using 3-phase, 220 V, 48 A power, although a single-phase-compatible model is available as well. The maximum operating temperature is 270 °C, although site-specific variables may decrease this upper limit.
